How To Return An Item

Customer items must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a product defect. Customers must return the item within 10 calendar days of purchase.  All return items must be packaged appropriately so as to prevent damage during shipping. Customer returns are to have a tracking number which must be e-mailed via our Contact Us page.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your jewelry item is undamaged and in like new condition, you may exchange your jewelry item for a different size or color within 10 calendar days of your purchase.  You will be responsible for all exchange shipping expenses.  All exchange items must be packaged appropriately so as to prevent damage during shipping.
